Today I am sharing an evening gua sha facial routine. I am using a clear quartz gua sha which is a great crystal for evening use and for stressed, tired skin. Apply serum to a clean face and have clean hands. Always work to your own level, checking with a doctor first if you suffer any medical or skin conditions.
